We were presented with a welcome drink, our bags were stored until checkin (we arrived early after travelling to Sapa on the overnight train) and we were offered the use of showers in the pool area. "Aliana is close yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main town (10 minute walk). The rooms were spacious with amazing views of the mountains (including Fansipan). Pool was a lovely addition after trekking up Fansipan or through local villages. We left slightly bemused after being charged for a dirty towel, but other than that would recommend. "

"We loved our stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel. The staff was great, very nice and very helpful. After checking out and taking a great tour the hotel arranged we had to wait a few hours for our transportation back to the Sapa train station. The hotel let us use a room to rest up and freshen up free of charge. That was a real lifesaver. Our room was great, comfortable and very clean. Free breakfast was great with a lot of variety. If we ever come to Sapa again we would definitely stay here. Great Hotel."
