"The security was very rude and intimidatory. They Would not allow me into the property without my key card. I explained that my friend has the key card and went back to the room early. I was the lead guest in the booking. I had email confirmation, my ID and the card I used to pay. Hotel security still refused me entry. I had to call the reception desk to get approval access. This was 4am. Prior to this rude hiccup I enjoyed my stay. After this incident it put a dampen on the rest of the trip."

"Our stay was alright. The room was clean and comfortable. Don't like the shower curtain, they are very unhygienic. The breakfast was nice but the food warmers do tend to dry up the cooked food and the eggs were not runny as the yolks had set with the time they were in the warmer. The hash browns were just warm so think that particular warmer was either off or faulty. The orange juice was empty for quite a while before it was filled so I didn't get to try it. The sausages were delicious but...

"Liked the hotel room. It was a decent temperature. Bathroom was good with a nice powerful shower. Carpet dirty in places…. Not always practical. Coffee and tea on offer which is nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant and my husband did not like the flank steak and frozen baked fries. Overpriced for what was served. My fish and chips were better and I liked the option to have batter or no batter. "
