"2 night family stay with my wife and 2 young kids which was a treat for our 13th year old daughters birthday weekend which we combined with a trip to LEGOLAND. Check in was quick and easy. The room was amazing which the girls loved, especially a “big” bed to themselves. We used the indoor swimming pool on both days which was a good treat for all. Breakfast was amazing with so much food. Plenty of parking with a quick and easy check out. We will definitely be back!!!"

"Beautiful property, very close to train station. Rooms have air conditioning so that was a plus! Attentive staff. We did not eat at the hotel so I cannot rate the food, but I would recommend the Malmaison for your stay in Reading. "

"I heard a few bad reviews so I was a bit apprehensive about booking . The moment I arrived at the reception it did take a few moments for the staff to allocate a room but it wasn’t a long wait I was approached with smiles . The staff are friendly and always helpful . The room was exceptionally clean , equipped with a microwave /fridge freezer and cutlery /mugs /tea and coffee /milk and a kettle . I slept like a baby . No Air conditioner but a fan but to be fair it’s a 3 star hotel so I wasn’t expected an AC although it would have been great (lol). Breakfast was decent . Please do not go by the reviews on here , book it and experience it for yourself . I don’t know what people were really expecting for a 3 star hotel but I was genuinely impressed. "

"Stylish and Convenient Stay – Highly Recommended! This is a modern and stylish hotel located just steps from the metro, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really added to the overall experience. A nice touch is their eco-friendly voucher program – you get €5 credit if you opt out of daily room cleaning. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool and bar – beautifully maintained, with plenty of loungers and a relaxed vibe. It never felt crowded, even during peak hours. All in all, a great place to stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily return!"
