"The Swan is in a lovely position overlooking the Thames. We had a nice spacious room overlooking the gardens and river. The main critacisim is that the weather was cold and we would have liked some central heating in the hotel. "

Was able to retrieve quickly my online check-in and my two separate reservations for consecutive days. Visible improvements under the new management, with small but valuable ideas and consistency.
