"The facilities wasn't bad, the interior lounge/entrance was nice and quite appealing in terms of scenery. But, the room wasn't that great, I do feel as though, it's in need of an upgrade as I purchased the upgraded suite with the balcony and still wasn't pleased. "Fantastic service from start to finish, all members of staff literally could not so enough for us. We stayed in the Executive Suite in Mansion House. Room was extremely spacious and because it was our wedding anniversary, there were a lot of personal touches in the room like welcome gifts, balloons etc which was greatly appreciated. Food options were slightly limited but they were fine for our stay. Breakfast was lovely and had lots of options! We will definitely be staying here again…...
