Angel, especially, was a great front desk agent/concierge and made sure my check-in and stay were top-notch. I enjoyed getting to know him during my brief stay. "This resort has seen better days! Most of the structures are older and have not been kept in good repair. Wood decking around pool area is coming loose and is hazardous. Pool itself needs repairs.
