The main building is attached to the parking lot for Black Mountain and the shovel handle pub; we were hoping to park, ski, eat dinner, and go to the room w/o having to drive anywhere. "I’m writing a 5 star review because they went the extra mile. I arrived with my family after a long drive at 1am. Their check in was closed and no staff was present. I was stressing out that I wouldn’t be able to check in to my room and my family would spend the night in the car. However when I arrived I found at the reception an envelope with my name on it and my room keys inside. We got to sleep on a bed after a long nights drive! Thank you for being considerate in that way!"

"The Inn at Jackson is a very cute and old school B&B. This is our 2nd stay here and we will come again. We enjoy the location and views from the Inn. Jackson falls is just around the corner, beautiful even in the in between season, April. Great breakfast, fast and hot! The only negative was the shower. We were on the top floor, so maybe that’s why it took forever to get hot water and then the show didn’t regulate hot and cold. Basically all hot or all cold. Obviously it won’t stop us from coming...
