"Updated, smaller, clean room in a very good location. Two things to be aware of that we found odd: 1) They want you to pay for your stay up front, as soon as you arrive, without seeing the room. 2) They ask that you leave your room card key at the front desk when you leave, “for security reasons”. Strangely when you come back from being out, you just provide your room number and they give you the key. No ID required! System does not seem safe at all. We dealt with three front desk...

"We stayed here one night. I'm very picky about cleanliness and our room was very clean- sheets were fresh, no water spots on the dresser, tables or bathroom. No mystery stains on the carpet or chairs. The room was quiet at night and the breakfast was good. We were hoping to add another night, but the front desk told us they were full."

"Close to rue cler market street.. we LOVED our stay. Small room but who stays in the room. It even had a cute retro Bluetooth speaker we could listen to music on. "We love staying in hotels by Rue Cler and Hotel Beaugency was maybe 1 block away (2minute walk) from Rue Cler. We don’t stay in our hotel much when we travel, so this was pefect! Clean clean, clean, clean and comfortable bed. We opted for the smaller room and it lived up to the expectation. The bathroom was a perfect size for a small room. "I paid extra taxes and fees with Expedia when made reservation online. When I checked out I was asked for more taxes and fees which came to 79 Eros I paid it. I should have questioned that. Then the next morning the Concierge asked for more ‘City Fees and taxes of another 29 Euros. No time to argue car waiting for me to go to airport. I refused to pay it and left. Check those fees I think I was charged 2x for the same thing. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to see. It was close to the train station and we found great restaurants right around the corner. We traveled around France and Switzerland. We stayed at 5 hotels over a 4 week period. The beds at Britannique were by far the most comfortable!! "

Perfect in Paris

"The hotel was a 1.3-mile walk from the Eiffel Tower, and we had a view of it from our room. The staff was wonderful, and the room was clean. The hotel bar was elegant. There was a great Italian restaurant very close, where we ate two different nights. Overall, it was the perfect place for a family of four to stay in Paris. "
