"Would recommend this resort. I’d even go back. Great Location, Food was amazing, service was good, amenities and service offering was great, privilege offer was great but butler service is subpar, they font really do anything. He messed up our dinner reservations and didn’t even do anything to fix—and supposedly he’s the head butler. His name was Antonio and not helpful even though we tipped him good."

The resort offers a fantastic selection of drinks, and I highly recommend trying the Bling Bling and Road Runner cocktails – they are simply delicious! 🍹 One of the best parts of my stay was the ample space around the pool area. No matter what time of day, I always found a comfortable spot to relax and soak up the sun. The resort's atmosphere is both lively and serene, making it perfect for a rejuvenating getaway. Overall, the Platinum Yucatan Princess exceeded my expectations in every way. I can't wait to return!"

"The wild life made our stay an awesome experience. The deer and the 4' orange iguana hanging out by the pool was awesome. (No touching though, they are still wild life) It was like living in the jungle. The buffet (especially for being a buffet) really exceeded my expectations. The options were vast and there was something different each day. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Fransisco in the Itallian restaurant was hands down the best and made my birthday dinner a very enjoyable experience. The italian food was the best that we had out of the restaurants you have to make reservations for.. the food at la Hacienda was good, but not quite the spicy mexican ypu mught trafitionally expect, but still a great experience. Everything was always very clean and well maintained. The ladies that took care of our room were very kind and did a great job. There honestly isnt anything bad that i can say about our experience. We came as a couple this trip, but would def consider bringing the kids next trip. We always felt safe inside the resort. "
