Wonderful staff and the family club was perfect for kids 0-10! Would gladly return. One suggestion would be a daytime snack/dining option for family club as my kids were so tired and hungry in the evenings (ages 3&5) that they barely made it to the 6pm buffet opening time and we had to go to the main resort sport bar to get them food before the buffet opened. But this place was excellent and so nice to have so many families near by and swim out room was fantastic! Thank you all

We loved the themed restaurants and huge territory. Great services, however some staff need to be trained properly. Additionally, we were denied in breakfast to go when we checked out at 5 am to the airport

Our second time this year at the property. As a family unit with young kids it’s great for everyone! Although what I really didn’t like is all the smoking and vaping everywhere we went. Even though there were smoking areas and signs saying no smoking people weren’t respectful and nobody enforced the rules it was disappointing. Adults were smoking in the pools even! And one of our last nights there at la fondue a few tables over a man was consistently vaping at his dinner table with zero respect for the other tables around with young children. Also we had a few bad experiences at the reservation restaurants. Being ignored by the waiter and at one point after waiting a 1.5 hrs for our food we had to leave and go to a buffet.

We were constantly attacked by wild Coati's when eating outside or relaxing by the pools. There are thousands of wild Coati's (mexican raccoons) on the property that will steal your food off of your plate and grab your belongings on your chair while you are swimming. It's a constant and non-stop. You can't relax and are constantly having to fight them off.

I loved the vibe and the amenities available for families. The kids pool area was super cute and our room was very spacious and we enjoyed the touches like beach bag and beach toys that were provided for the children. I liked the daily activities and also liked the central location of the resort for when we did off site excursions. Overall good experience
