"Beautiful Property, But Management Ruined the Stay The property itself was beautiful, spacious, and had great potential for a wonderful trip. Sadly, Luxury Lodging’s mismanagement turned it into one of the worst travel experiences we’ve had. Our confirmed 2:00 PM early check-in code didn’t work. We stood in the rain for an extended period, making multiple calls as our luggage and clothes got soaked. A downstairs neighbor told us the “owner” was coming, but a resident arrived instead,...

"This place is amazing. We loved the neighborhood, comfy beds, and open living room/kitchen. Trains were not noisy, and rooftop was sweet (though we did have a rainy week, so couldn't use it a lot). 40 min drive or 60mins transit into Midtown, or a bit less to WTC area. Hosts are awesome, generous, and very responsive. "

"Perfect location for our family of 5! Quick uber to Journal Square to get to NYC via PATH train. Also easy to get to MetLife stadium. All the comforts of home and very clean/new. Kids had a blast with game room in basement. Thank you for your great attention to detail and communication!"

"Everything about our stay was beyond perfect! The house is gorgeous and the rooftop patio was perfect for coffee in the morning and wind in the evening. Lots of restaurants and parks nearby and it was super easy to use public transportation from there. We will for sure stay again on future trips! "
