"Great location for a trip to nyc. Very clean, nice sized room. Staff was very friendly. Free coffee downstairs in the morning. Restaurant right on site. Easy walking location to tons of restaurants and bars. Train was only a few minutes away. For parking I suggest just driving down towards China town, and looking for free street parking. Then just hop on the m15 bus to come back. Would stay here again. "

"Elevator is the only thing I would complain about. Sometimes waiting for ages for it to reach your floor and maybe not at all. Ended up taking stairs down 16 floors one night because I was about to run late to a commitment. "

"This is by far my FAVORITE hotel that I have stayed at of all time! The rooms are updated, cozy and have everything that you need. Having a hotel with a mini fridge and microwave is hard to come by. However, my favorite part was the excellent service. The front desk team was the best. The management, EVEN BETTER. As a travel agent and someone in property management, ANNE is phenomenal! She assisted us with our check-in, offered great perks while we helped her with something, and simply provided us with exceptional service. I felt like my loyalty with Hilton was appreciated and valued. If I were to hire a management, I would bring Anne onboard anytime. Her level of care, professionalism and hospitality is unmatched. We loved the hotel and team so much that instead of saving some money by staying with family, we opted into staying at the hotel an extra night! Thank you so much for Hilton Garden Inn NYC Financial Center and Anne for an incredible experience. We will be back!!!!"

"Really enjoyed how quiet the hotel was but nearby shopping and food. The area felt very safe and the hotel was very clean. Hotel wasn’t fancy but the bed was very comfortable and the room was nice. "
