"We are a family of four and we stayed at a loft room and we love how spacious the room is. the kitchen is equipped with complete utensils and the view from the balcony is perfect. I have a six year old daughter and having a playzone is an added bonus for us. "

"This was a wonderful place to stay in the village of Banff. It is the last hotel on your way out of town but still walking distance to "downtown." The rustic theme was cozy with a great roaring fire in the lobby. The restaurant attached to the hotel is the Keg which is a great steak place. We did the spa too which was wonderful after a week of hard-core skiing. The spa locker room was small and not practical for 2 women using the vanity. We did not use this hotel as our base to skiing but the shuttle was right out front to the resorts. I would stay here again when we want to be in the village. "

"This is a great location with helpful, friendly staff. At check in we got a three day bus pass, internet, kindling and firewood. Our pet was treated to a dog bed, bowls, treats and a ball . We had a cabin and the privacy and cleanliness is top notch. The views were spectacular "
