"This was a beautiful place—the curb appeal is very good. But you are basically on your own here. Breakfast had been advertised, but once I arrived, I found out food is available only in high season. If you have a car, then you will do brilliantly here, but we were on foot and the area around the hotel is a main road with traffic and many barking, snarling, free-wandering dogs. So you can’t walk anywhere from here. Again, if you have a car and go grocery shopping, there is a kitchen for your use...

"We loved loved this property. It was clean, loved the fact they offered house slippers as well as outside slippers. We spent more time out on our full beautiful balcony more than in room. Beautiful landscaping. You can tell they take pride in the rental home. It’s was quiet and laid back for my husband and I. Maid service was awesome. "There is a steep hill up to the property and once your @ the parking spot, you must hike a bit more to get to the rental. Nice pool, very clean property! Owners reprimanded teenagers for playing ball in the pool, so I would have to assume that this property prefers adults over kids. Entrance to property is not well marked (but neither is any other property on Moorea!). "

"This was such an incredible and unique (in a good way!) place to stay. The owner, Nir, has really built his dreams out here. The grounds are literally a botanical garden hideaway, and he has built 4 amazing bungalows. The thing that really stood out, though, was the level of service. "Liked the location. Property has some age to it, but it was clean and generally well maintained (did have a sticking door latch that had to be oiled twice to get it to work properly while there over course of 6 days). Would liked to have had a microwave in the room. Loved the view from our 2d story deck (ocean and approximately 5 acre grass area that the local birds used heavily. On site restaurant was pricey and fish and chips was bad, but the bar/food by the pools was good. "

"What a great find! Beachfront property with a excellent view (although the beach was somewhat rocky)! "Poe" (property mgr) was a kind soul and was always there if we needed anything. King bed downstairs and singles in the upstairs loft. This property doesn't have A/C, so it does get somewhat warm during the day, but the Pacific breeze cools the space at night. Good value for the money!"
