"Had to switch rooms, the room that was booked was not adequate but with an upgrade fee, we were able to stay in a much better room with an amazing view. Seems as if they don't want to mention the upgrade fee at first but will tell you that this room is what we have but with some prompting, found that an upgrade was needed to get a much better room. Breakfast was included which was amazing. "

"We LOVED everything about this hotel. We were sad to leave. An amazing comfortable common room with a bar and fireplace. Exits right onto the path to the lifts. A most amazing breakfast and lovely dinner available. Bruno and Monika at the bar and Yusuf in the dining room so gracious. Barbara at registration so helpful .The indoor pool very relaxing. Lovely town!"

"My room was lovely with a lot of beautiful wood. The front desk were wonderful. There is a walking trail right beside the hotel and a bus stop very close to the hotel. The hotel restaurant was very good and there was even a bakery. "

"The hotel is modern yet cozy. Spa area is fantastic, the restaurant & free breakfast were great! Nice staff but English was a little spotty. No one told us they had a shower room in the luggage storage area so if you need to rinse before you takeoff and leave the area after checkout you can do so! We also didn't know there was a gym. Little cumbersome to walk to and from town if you miss the limited bus right outside the hotel, but lovely walk nonetheless. Overall highly recommend"
