"We've stayed at the Cardiff a few times and we really enjoy our visits. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The restaurant staff are amazing and very friendly (especially Charlie and Jennifer). Both ladies have a great attitude, always smiling and making us feel welcome and well looked after. The food selection is excellent and always topped up throughout the morning. The coffee machines have been out of order over the last few visits, but the staff made sure everyone had fresh filtered coffee, which we really appreciated. The ladies on the front desk are also very lovely and helpful. My only complaint would be not having complimentary water in all rooms. As someone who takes regular medications it's important I have water to hand, it's not a huge deal but it would be a lovely addition to our stay, especially if I forget to bring some with me. We look forward to coming back for our Christmas Eve shopping trip. "
