"Beautiful and incredibly roomy Ski-in/Ski-out large townhome that was wonderful for family of 9 adults for a weekend in Winter Park. Very clean, well equiped and the process of setting up and the check-in/check-out is super easy! Also the property managers are wonderful to deal with on ANY issues or questions! "

"I cannot say enough great things about our experience at base camp 490! Our extended family of 11 had plenty of room to spread out throughout this home during our seven day stay. Our ages ranged from 8 years old up to age 70 and there were plenty of beds, bathrooms, and accommodations for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The property manager was incredibly responsive via text when we had some minor issues with the Internet and accessing the code on the front door, both issues were resolved very quickly. The property had everything we needed in the well stocked, high end kitchen to cook dinner in at night, and our kids spent so much time at the end of the day in the hot tub. It was wonderful having two washers and dryers on the property during the week. Having two parking spots for our rental cars was key, including the heated garage. There are also three working gas fireplaces throughout. A tip for anyone staying here when it comes to accessing the slopes: we found it easier to walk up the back hill and staircase to catch the “green” Corridor Trail down to the base each day, but we caught the Green Line shuttle on the way home from the village since our condo complex is the first stop on the shuttle route. It is worth noting that the only way to get to the “green” Corridor Trail *while on the mountain* is via some very challenging “blues.” Something to keep in mind. Overall, everything about Base Camp 490 was wonderful. Very convenient, clean, warm, and cozy! "

"We are so pleased with our stay at this Winterpark location. Ski in/Ski out was perfect for our adult children. I'm more of a "green" skier so I could ski out but not back in (due to the Blue run) but the free shuttle bus back was perfect and drop off was pretty much right in front of the condo building. The condo was so well stocked from kitchen items, to bathroom toiletries to even laundry detergent! I am so impressed. The fireplace made it feel like home. Amenities were amazing and owners we met in the building were very friendly. Indoor parking garage was much appreciated too.This is THE place to stay. I would highly recommend this condo for location, amenities, and convenience. "

"I stayed here for the Jazz Festival along with my husband and some friends. The house was Amazing. The only disappointment was the patio and jacuzzi was off limits by the fire marshal. We could not grill or use the outside areas at all. We made the most of it. We are hoping this is an option next year. Thanks again for another year of memories."
