"Unless something major changes, we will not be returning. 1. Our room has a giant crack in one of the windows. 2. Our room came with one towel and no hand soap. 3. The desk doesn’t answer any calls and you have to go down to them for everything. 4. Everything is about 15 years out of date. 5. Restaurant and bar not open on New Year’s Eve… what? "Fraser Crossing Founders Pointe is a very nice hotel set at the base area of Winter Park resort, just across the street essentially. The hotel itself is pleasant with a nice patio area with a large hot tub, a fireplace area, grills, and plenty of seating. From the back door of our 3rd floor room we walked right onto the patio and in a few steps were in the hot tub. From that hot tub patio area you look right at the beautiful

runs and gondola, and the great village area at the mountain base....
