"1st impressions when we entered the property was that it was bright, warm and spotlessly clean. This property is well thought out to supply every thing you need for a fantastic break. Communications with Sally were spot on.It’s just a short walk to Poole Quay in one direction and Hamworthy beach in the other direction.We will definitely return later this year."

"We really enjoyed our stay. This is a very comfortable apartment with good facilities - nice garden view and decking, good kitchen and bathroom. We stayed in January and it was blustery but the apartment was cosy with good underfloor heating. Great location close to the beach. "

" Lovely apartment with easy access to Sandbanks beach/restaurants and ferry. Great view from balcony, quiet area with private parking. Lots of appliances and useful kitchen equipment (although the Dyson didn’t seem to work well,unless using the hose) comfy beds and great en suite. "

"Property had all you would expect and was spacious and comfortable. Only quibble was mould at tap end of bath, so just a little action with a spray would rectify that. Would definitely stay in this apartment again. I have very high standards in what I expect in a top quality home from home and the apartment meets them. Well done"

"We had booked this apartment as we were attending a friends 60th birthday party at the Italian villas, which ended up being a surprise wedding. There were 4 adults.Plenty of room, great layout, really clean and decorated lovely. Great location to pubs/restaurants and to thevenue all in walking distance. Also walking distance to tesco for a few essentials. Check-in and out was easy. Would definitely use again . "
