"We went as a family of four for a 4 night stay over the festive period. The property was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The Property Manager was always on hand to help with any queries and this was much appreciated. The location is great, with supermarkets like Aldi and Co-op within a few mins drive. In terms of places to visit, the Sandbanks beach was 20 mins drive, Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove only 30 mins away. The location is ideal and places are not very far away....

"Loved the cottage…perfect for our needs & such a great location. The views were great & it was an easy walk for coffee out & meals. We booked an extra night whilst there…Andy was a brilliant communicator."

"We had a great weekend here with friends, lots of space inside and out and so close to the beach and other local activities. The hosts were great at communicating and we had no issues during our stay. Although we had a bit of a surprise when the 2.5 bathrooms turned out to be 1 shower room and 2 small loo rooms without any loo role - which for a house accommodating 12 was not what we had anticipated! "We loved our stay on the boat from start to finish. We had great weather so great views from the hot tub out over the water. Comfy beds and the luxury shower block was clean and had nice showers. The boat is a short drive or 30/40 min walk into Poole (40 as we waited to cross the bridge and watch the ships sail by) I hope to have the opportunity to stay there again. "

"Unfortunately the house was not clean. Shoes needed to be worn as the floors were not clean enough to wear just socks. There wasn’t enough cutlery for all of us to eat. The bedrooms were well equipped but the bed was uncomfortable and pillows were so thin they were pointless. However the fact that we all had a tv and an en-suite was brilliant. "Staff are worth their weight in gold and the Canford boasts some heavy weights. Take a walk along the nearby promenade and take in the surrounding area and its wealthy residents. Food at breakfast and dinner was superb. This establishment like so many other places is a dog friendly hotel and bar. On a damp day, your nose will remind you. I tried to plug in my firestick at the back of the telly but was put off by the avalanche of dust. Bathroom window is losing the fight against the ivy growing outside. Overall a good stay but keep the pet smells at bay. "
