"Wonderful location. Right across the street from Union Station. Staff was helpful breakfast and dinner at Reign were amazing. Many options for an after work drink inside the hotel. Two concerts were: 1) elevators were significantly slow and any room ending with 292 (1st- top Floor) is right next to the elevator and you’ll hear it all night long. "
