"We arrived a lot earlier and the staff held our luggage while we explored the city. Check is in at 4PM but they texted me around 1PM that the room was ready. They were so nice to bring our luggage upstairs. The staff gave us the VIP card with discount off food in the restaurant. Breakfast was included. Everything about the hotel was amazing. The location was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.. "

"Lovely small hotel next to the castle, very comfortable bed and room with free tea, coffee and water all day and cakes, breakfast is very good with big choice of cooked, meats and cheeses and fruit. Only niggle is no water provided in the room Room service food choice small but very nice and good value. Taxi from main Square to hotel is approximately 5€, well worth it because it is steep hill to walk up"
