"It's a small condo/apartment in a perfect location for an adult ski trip. Not going to make fancy meals in the kitchen, but it works. Check-in was a little bit of an ordeal but mostly just a hiccup with the key not being left where it should have been. Owners were very responsive and sorted it out quickly."

"We had a good stay at this property at the very beginning of the 2024 ski season. The condo unit is located on the same floor as ski in/out access, so this was a huge bonus! The unit itself was well-furnished and comfortable for our family of four, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. "Complete disregard for accurate details and cleanliness. Checkin process took way longer than it needed to due to missing parking pass and no correct number to contact the property manager. Unit was dirty (including bathroom and kitchen) and there was even Christmas decorations still up. Has anyone even checked on this property since December? "Really cozy place! With beautiful Christmas decorations and very well kept! The location is very convenient, about a 4 minute walk to the village centre, there’s also a ski in/out at the back of the complex. Also, the owner was extremely attentive and friendly. This was our first time at Big White and we’ll be back next year! Such a charming and masterfully designed ski area. Thanks!"
