"What a great time on Grand Lake. We drove up from Ohio for a short weekend of fishing and swimming in the lake and it didn't disappoint. The cabin had everything we needed to grill, swim and fish. The boys were in the kayaks 15 minutes after pulling in. They did their best to catch every perch in the lake. I can't recommend staying here enough. The cabin fit our group of 3 perfectly. The hosts made kayaks and a swimming pad available for the boys to use and left them of a gift to make smores. Just a great stay all around."

"The house is roomy, well maintained & had everything we needed. Sheila is very responsive with any questions. The location is great & the lake is clean. Convenience store, deli & restraunt are close. We brought our fishing boat to dock with close easy access to Grand Lake & Lake Huron. Our adventures included Rogers City, beach area, lighthouse & Knaebe's Mmmunchy Krunchy Apple Farm (great woodfire pizza and fun for our grandson). Alpena Mich-e-ke-wis Park has nice beach, park & splash pad. Dinosaur gardens just a little farther in Ossineke is nice too. We truly enjoyed our stay!"

"Great space for a group. We had 6 adults, a one year old and a dog for a week of family vacation. We loved the deck, had a great view and enjoyed the open spaces. We had a quick response when we reported lots of ants after a heavy rain. House had plenty of utensils, appliances and dishes and was very well maintained. We had a great family vacation!"
