"On arrival we were given the wrong room. I walked in to be welcomed by a naked man. I had my 2 young girls with me. It then took another 30mins to get us another room. The kitchen was clean but the floors and underneath the beds were filthy the bedroom light didnt work the curtain was broken and the toliet leak we were told someone would come to fix them the next day no one came.
