"Area of quiet natural beauty no shops within walking but lots of nature and birds. "

"On arrival we were given the wrong room. I walked in to be welcomed by a naked man. I had my 2 young girls with me. It then took another 30mins to get us another room. The kitchen was clean but the floors and underneath the beds were filthy the bedroom light didnt work the curtain was broken and the toliet leak we were told someone would come to fix them the next day no one came. No matress protectors for the beds. The beds are very uncomfortable its like sleeping on a lumpy floor. The grounds...

Hotel Indigo Liverpool City Centre, an IHG Hotel

"We use the hotel frequently and feel at home there. Especially like the atmosphere in the bar and invariably find ourselves chatting with other guests. Great location for the business district but only ten minutes from the Royal Albert Dock or the excellent city centre shops. Literally dozens of good restaurants within 15 minutes walk and its own MPW restaurant is also very good. Highly recommended "

Great City Centre Location

"I was very impressed with the location and, more importantly, the accommodating staff's friendly nature. Restaurant recommendations and tips on bus routes to Goodison Park were sought and delivered as well as organising an early taxi to the airport. I have and would recommend staying at The Resident again. "

"Too many people slate this hotel We had a lovely warm Room bed was clean and bathroom was clean and hot working water and shower staff where amazing and the history of this place speaks for itself too many pick holes in this place and forget how old this building is I will Allways come back time and time again ! "
