"The hotel is charming—charming, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and well cared for. It felt like a peaceful little retreat, perfect for unwinding after a long day. That said, the location was a bit of a hassle for a tourist. It’s in a quiet, nice neighborhood, but getting to central London took about 30-45 minutes, even with good public transport. "The hotel was continently located near the Tower of London. Easy to walk to nearby attractions, and also to catch the tube, buses. Or Uber boat. Room was clean, water and tea replenished daily. The staff were amazing!!! They were so helpful and arranged transportation for me several times when I was concerned about being late to our reservations. Top tier experience!"
