"This property was a short walk from a mall and the train station. The hotel was clean, the hotel staff were friendly, and the hotel breakfast was good. Heck, even the other guests were friendly and the clientale was very diverse. We enjoyed our stay and I have booked a stay at the same hotel in a different city."

"Very cool vintage hotel. Rooms themselves were nice, updated. Beautiful lobby. Small room that had all of the essentials. The only negative thing was their heating system. The first room we went to was 92 degrees! We attempted to adjust the thermostat but when we came back later it was 91. We changed rooms, that too was hot (78) but we turned off heat and it stayed a comfortable 71 overnight. We were told the heating system is old and only goes on our off, the thermostat has no effect. ...

"We needed to stay near RI hospital. Surprisingly close. The rooms were large clean and very comfortable. They were able to accommodate a very late check out being very sensitive and caring to our reason for being there. Lou at the bar was friendly and welcoming. Our room was on the highway side but the room was quiet and room darkening shades allowed us to sleep though the morning. "

"Charming, well-appointed older hotel ideally located downtown. Our king room was roomy and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay here but guests should know that on weekends the karaoke bar downstairs is loud until about 2am both with with both music and drunks spilling out after closing. Bring earplugs. Also, no coffee service is provided in the room or in the lobby area."

"From start to finish - Bellman at the door to front desk, dining servers and the General Manager - staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly, helpful (knowledgeable) and made our stay a pleasure. That’s a true exception these days and we appreciated it. The location was great, although temporary road construction made getting there a bit convoluted. There was a lovely courtyard with gardens and a fountain that will be pretty in the spring. Bed was comfortable, room very clean. "
