"Our room was upgraded to suite. Hotel location is convenient. Just 1 min walk to line 14 - Pudong Avenue station. Room is very comfortable and spacious. One little issue is the room is pretty warm during winter season as only heating is provided. AC need to be turned off. Breakfast buffet is good with many varities. Room rate is very attractive compared to other similar quality hotel. Will stay in the same hotel for next visit. "

"If you are attending any tradeshow at the tradeshow Centre across from the Himalayas, this hotel is ideal. Not only are the staff friendly and welcoming, the service is good, the food is good and the rooms are nice and clean. If you don’t speak Mandarin the staff are accommodating and friendly and will find a member of the staff to communicate with you in a friendly manner. I was never frustrated or left without anything.
