"We did not have shower gel and when we requested some the next say, we were offered very small soap bar. Also, there was a power outage the 3rd am, which happens i guess but the front desk was unresponsive."

"Not sure what the negative comments were all about, the resort is nice. Has some age showing but its not obvious. Front desk young lady at checkin was super! Helped with all kinds of things, very friendly . Our 5th floor "cheap" room in the Wave Building with balcony is quite nice. Still can see ocean beyond a roof below. We did not eat at the hotel restaraunts or buy drinks. Average food entres are 25 to 40 bucks. There is a great local bar/eatery across the street with a good assortment...

"Very nice moderate size oceanfront resort. Pool was vast with areas to meet any taste. Needs more than one dining option, needs roofed sit down dining that is not at the bar. Staff were so helpful! Rooms were well laid out and equipped and the washer dryer was a plus. "

"The staff were amazing here. Especially Joel at the valet services, he is top notch! The staff make this place truly enjoyable, it is clean and safe. Prices for food/drink are expensive but thats what you get in this area and similar to other parts. Highly recommend going across the street for some of the small places to eat like the taco place directly across or Kane. Also walk down to the lagoon and check for manatee! "
