"The property photos are not accurate. The property is old and outdated. As soon as I get off the elevator there’s a horrible odor of mold and mildew. There’s cleaning supplies and dirty laundry in carts left unattended on the hallways all day every day. Upon entering my room, all the furniture was outdated and in terrible condition. There were stains on the carpets and mold on the walls and ceiling. Not to mention roaches! Yes roaches!!!! They were everywhere. I notified staff and was told there was no other room available to move to. The best part about the hotel was the pool. I spent my time in the room actually sitting on the patio and just enjoying the view because after seeing how they dropped the ball on the cleanliness of the hotel, I wouldn’t dare get in the pool/hot tub. I was scared that that hadn’t been cleaned either, and I would hate to come home with some unknown rash or sickness from the pool. Don’t book this hotel save your money!!! "

"The room was not cleaned only the bed made. No trash in trash cans were removed etc. Some staff were kind and others were very rude. The hotel was old and the breakfast was not up to Embassy standards in US. This Hilton brand has really gone down over the years. The location on the beach was nice. I would not recommend this Embassy Suites."
