"I was over nighting so stayed near the airport, the hotel was close to the airport and offered a drop off service and were very reasonable on a late checkout of four hours. The facilities are great with a pool,sauna and steam room along with a spa offering massages. They also have a shop for emergency items . Staff are very friendly"

"Staff were friendly, but there was no hot water and the wifi was too slow to use much of the time. Overall it was ok and it served as a place to hang my hat for 2 days. 🙂"

"We stayed two nights. Pros: Close to airport and mini mart. Hotel restaurant, while a bit expensive for Indonesia, has good food. Breakfast spread for 100K was worth it. We were on 9th floor. Rooms were quiet and clean. Clean sheets and comfortable beds. Free shuttle to and from airport was great! Cons: On a very busy road. Surrounding area is not touristy at all, and was a bit rough. It is a long way away from downtown tourist area with restaurants. Showers had very little...

"The best thing about this hotel is the attentiveness of the staff at every interaction. The spa and gym facilities are pretty awesome too. Not to mention the room cleanliness everyday, and the vast range of food from all continents for breakfast."

"Excellent staff friendly and helpful. Very clean property, pretty and comfortable room. Good breakfast. I don’t give a five stars to property only because the pool water need more maintenance (maybe chlorine) and because the kitchen is open beside the restaurant and the food odour is strong and stay in your clothes. But I have to say that I reported that and the staff/management took their best action immediately. DEFINITELY I WILL COME BACK. Great value for your money."
