Firstly please do not stay at this resort, the staffs are extremely slow and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there..rude and unfriendly On arrival our room was dirty, ants and bugs, the bathroom was filthy. The balcony door wouldn’t close and was damaged hence mosquitoes. The water in the bath shower wouldn’t drained , my family had to bath in the dirty water . We complained so many times and our room wasn’t changed immediately even after explaining we had a small child, they ended up making us sleep in that room and changing our room the next day at 5pm hence wasting our day and time underneath the sun by the pool because we had no room. We left the previous room earlier in the day without any room available for my family. The room service was another useless thing, they never picked up and took almost 4 hours to bring a bug spray or even attend to our issues . Housekeeping didn’t come to clean or make our beds. The food was okay a bit manageable but no seasoning and the quality was like 5/10. The staffs at meals ( breakfast & dinner buffet )stood there gisting and laughing away without doing their jobs. I asked for water more than 4 times and staff ignored, I had to get up and walk up front to request for water still only got cups and water after a few more minutes. The property was in okay shape but the rooms , service ( front desk) was extremely slow and full of unserious staff. I wish I could post images but I cnt but I will on google. We will not be returnin….

Our butler Manuel, was awesome, amd that was the best part of our trip. Water in shower took forever to get warm enough to take sbower. Food was by far the worst Ive ever had at an all inclusive and we go every year. Will not return to thos resort.

Our Butler Darleny was the best. Roberto and Fernando were great down by the pool and beach, and beliysis was an excellent waitress at Oceanside. I would recommend buying the Diamond package. Was a top notch resort.

First of all, the hotel staff was all very friendly, from the front desk, the waiters, Mrs. Bernarda who cleaned our room was very attentive to us, Adriel the supervisor helped us quickly with a complaint we had about the air conditioning. A lot of variety in food and drinks and what we liked most was the quality of the shows, Royalton Bavaro is a place to relax and have fun without worrying about anything.

The Sales Rep Supervisors were unprofessional, disrespectful, aggressive and condescending when we declined their sales pitch to use their services for traveling/stays. Service terrible we’re supposed to have Expedia assistant and he just call us on the last day and the fly. Also, I very upset. I’m always ordered with Expedia all my flies JetBlue always supposed to charge $35 charge me $45 for the bag even JetBlue, terrible people, airlines and service. I never wanna fly with Expedia anymore. We’re not JetBlue.

Was probably the best value I've found in a resort in awhile. Food was good, drinks were good, room was good, staff were very good. Definrely checked all the boxes. The whole family had nothing bad to say

The rooms smelled musty. The dining options were buffet or room service for breakfast and it ended at 10:30 then lunch did not start until 12 which was buffet only and dinner began at 6 and reservation times were mostly during the scheduled shows. Loved the vibe team and wish the foam party was twice a week. The servers were excellent. Estalian the concierge that was assigned to me due to booking with Expedia was great. He made all the reservations we needed. The spa was anazing

We had a wonderfull stay everything was almost perfect , Yaque & Yanary were very friendly and helpful during our whole trip, only bad thing is we were insulted and disrespected by Chris Mendez (who allarently works for Marriot) after we declined his offer to become a prime member I have all the proof. That is unnaceptable and I will be pushing my complaint further
