"First and foremost, the staff here is exceptional. I arrived early and they nicely accommodated me. Then the next day, I requested a room change due to loud neighbors and again they cheerfully accommodated. While I was talking to the (also very nice and helpful!) breakfast staff, they mentioned that the owners/managers are wonderful, treat the employees well, and they had been working there for years. Everyone went above and beyond. Breakfast was good. There is a covered parking garage across the street. Room was clean and comfortable. I will stay here whenever I am in town. "

"Good space for 3 adults and two kids to stay, 25 min commute to Colby college and Quarry Road trails. Couch was comfy and nice for gathering. Beds also comfy and the double bunks were helpful for our group. Plow came quickly after snowstorm. We didn’t get out on the lake due to cold but nice to have it close by. "
