"At first we arrived at night itvwas a little intimidating because not enough lighting on the street, but the next morning we were happy to know that the hotel was in a Turkish Italian neighborhood. "The place was terrible. Looked Dilapidated. While the receptionists were trying to be cordial, the manager scolded them when there requested to book taxi's. Rooms did not have proper Wi-FI coverage, romm phone did not work, air conditining was centrally controlled and had no effect. No hot water Would not recommend this for stay. I am surprised Hotels.com even lists them without proper verification. Charges are exobitant for this hotel."

"receptionist was a very kind and cooperative person. We mistakenly booked a room with double be but the guy on reception helped ud finding a twin bed and allowed us to check in even we were too late in night. We had to check out at 2:30 AM and he offered us a quick take away breakfast snacks for our journey and offered us a coffee before we start our journey back to airport => NEXT LEVEL service and kindness. I forgot the name of that guy BUT my heartiest thanks and Best Regards to that...
