"We have just returned home after another stay at DB San Antonio, Malta. We wanted to thank all the staff for making it a fabulous stay again (this was our 8th visit). Everything was perfect including the cleanliness of the room; the huge selection of fresh food was amazing; the entertainment in the Kosy bar; the reception team; all staff are so helpful. "Very good customer service, staff was attentive and helpful. Transport from hotel was very safe and convenient. Busses ran on time and on a whole everything was cost effective, especially the shop within the hotel. Also the hotel decor is fitting regarding the time it was built. There are mordern hotels in the area, but it is obvious these buildings have been built recently and cannot be compared to Bella Vista Hotel."

"Second visit to this hotel and the welcome was wonderful to have such a friendly atmosphere. The beds are hard so would recommend asking for a topper if thats what your comfort level is gauged to. Rooms are fairly aound proofed but dont stop the noise of people walking past the door."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Westin Dragonara. The property is beautiful, very clean and well-kept. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I ordered room service twice - the food arrived in good time, was tasty and a good portion size. The staff collected the dishes after I was done. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the staff were keen to help however they could. I can’t think of anything to suggest to make it better. Thank you for a lovely time. "

We would like to specifically thank Shaira on Reception. We were greeted with a big smile from her when we checked in. We were amazed that she remembered us from previous visits. She is always happy and smiling. Any enquiries we had she dealt with promptly and nothing is too much trouble for her. All the staff are a great asset but Shaira stood out. She's a Star. We look forward to returning again soon. "
