"When I arrived at the hotel the lobby had a terrible smell and was not clean. We arrived at about 5:30 and the gentleman at the front desk stated that he didn’t know if he had any clean rooms at the time. Another mother and daughter came into the lobby and stated that they were leaving because the room smelled like smoke and the door didn’t shut all the way. The room was also not cleaned well.
