"The main heating system was broken, requiring use of the backup system. The room was EXTREMELY cold and it took nearly an hour to warm up. No one had gone into the room to preheat it. Poor service. The back up heating system was VERY noisy and disrupted my sleep all night. Not a pleasant experience and I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!!"

"Upon entering, a beautiful clean smell in the lobby, elevator and hallways. Quick check in. Overall great one night stay. However, the shower head was coming out of the wall slightly and needed a little work. Also, breakfast was NOT included and looked like the typical complimentary breakfast.
