"Stayed here previously, ideally located, accessible, plenty of space in rooms, clean and tidy, extensive grounds for an amble, facilities and food were fine. From the welcome at reception, Weekday staff first rate friendly and approachable. "

"The property is a beautiful old building and the surrounding landscaped gardens, golf course and terraces are delightful. The flower beds and raised beds were full of colour. We enjoyed sitting outside under the pergolas with a drink from the bar When we arrived to check in our room hadn't been cleaned and was very small for a double room - however the staff on reception quickly found us a superb room, double aspect with views over the gardens and gave us vouchers for free drinks from the bar to compensate. We were more than happy to accept. Whilst there I had a swim in the warm pool We found the staff on reception, dining room and in the bar to be very friendly and helpful. We are hoping to visit again and would recommend it for its beautiful surroundings and brilliant service"
