"Very Unprofessional staff at check in. Room wasn’t well cleaned at check in and have the housekeeping to cleaned it well. Floors tiles are cracked and AC didn’t work very well. Food was great and I had to extant stay and front desk staff gave me reasonable rate for my third night stay. Amenities were out dated ant it’s not worth staying the price you pay."

I booked here for one night, and when I arrived at the location, the hotel looks nothing like it does on the posted photos, the area around it is dirty, and the entrance is on an unpaved side street. Check out Google Street View, to see what the place actually looks like. Ended up going somewhere else, and not staying here."

"I was really looking forward to my stay at the Stella Hotel in Goraya .The hotel needs to invest in staff training - Clearly not there . "Property was clean but it could do with more indepth cleaning i.e. ensuring each table was cleaned thoroughly and glasses were cleaned in dining area. I saw a bug walking on the table and in between the tissues. Wasn't much to do within walking distance so had to travel in car or 3 wheeler.
