"Got charged at check out , even though we had already paid in full when booked weeks ago. Thankfully the morning reception staff spotted this error and put a refund through. Great staff, great atmosphere within the bar area. Everyone so friendly including all the other guests. I think it’s a Northern thing to be so friendly. Hotel a little tired in places.
