"The hotel is in a prime Ramsgate location high up over the harbour; all front rooms have superb views. The welcome was warm and we were shown to our room (22) on the third (top) floor. There was no information about the public areas either verbally or in-room, so we explored & found four charming downstairs rooms. "Had a lovely weekend at the san clu, just one little niggle there was no plug socket at the side of the bed to charge your phone, had to leave it on the other side of the room. Other than that it was excellent great staff very helpful."
