Expedia rated this as 4 stars but it did not feel like a 4 star experience. There was Valet parking which is nice. The room looked clean besides a stain on the desk chair. The tv only had Netflix, YouTube, and cable tv. I thought I would be able to sign into Prime Video and watch my shows but I couldn’t. The toilet made a loud noise after using it and had to call front desk service to have it fixed. We were most disappointed with the restaurants food and service. We had food delivered to the room. The food wasn’t hot and didn’t taste well. They also couldn’t even get the order right. Lastly we booked for 3 people and only had two set of towels. We did get a lot of complimentary water and a late check out. The staff was nice and friendly.

Great little place well worth a night or two & with all the amenities. Very clean & tidy in a quiet area & only 20 mins drive from the Airport.
Would defo stay here again if in Charlotte.
With large luggage as us, would suggest you request a ground floor (1st for Americans) accommodation, as no lifts/elevators & the stairs are t easy.
Still give it a 5/5 though
