Had trouble turning the shower on & the handle came right off! The TV was horrible, nothing in the room matches (rug, comforters, walls), there was food in our garbage when we got there .. all fixable things that would make it more pleasant if addressed "

"Let me start with WE DIDN’T even stay at the property as it “dead bug” infested!!! The fact that this house is even listed on VRBO is shameful. We booked to stay in February for a fun ski weekend with our kids and it was not CLEAN.
