The room we were put in didn’t have a proper working door and we got locked inside and had to change rooms after already having gotten settled. We were switched to a room nearby but it was an adjoining room and we could hear our neighbors. I don’t think I’d stay here again.

The staff was pleasant but we stayed thur-sun and not once did housekeeping come to our room. I had to get towels two times. Ran out of creamer for coffee twice during our stay. The rooms were clean, absolutely no complaints there, but by Monday morning our floors were sandy from no housekeeping the entire stay. I would stay again due to price and cleanliness for that price.

Check-in wasn't so bad. Staff was very friendly. Not so sure about the cleanliness or the condition of the room and amenities. Loose faucets, a remote for a TV or monitor in the hot tub that does not work, a wrong size stopper for the hot tub, some sort of stain on the comforter.

I stayed here for the first time over two years ago when the property had just been bought. I was enthusiastic about the Jacuzzi tub suite rooms, and that it appeared they planned on doing lots of restorations. A few years later, and they are still clearly deeply working on the property, but also the things that have already been restored Are already in complete disarray. I stayed in a Jacuzzi tub room which had a moldy shower, broken appliances throughout horribly scary stains on the pullout bed on the couch leftover food, wrappers, and bits of candy all over the ground. It was honestly very disgusting. I’ve stayed here three times in the past hopeful that they were actually working on getting better, but this day was so bad that I will never stay again.
