"This property is perfect for any family of 4. We stayed for 9 nights and had a really lovely break. Apartment was lovely and clean, very functional, lovely balcony. Perfectly positioned with options of pool area. Overall really lovely. The tiniest improvements would make it even better - better pillows, large glasses in the kitchen, perhaps a small BBQ to enjoy the balcony area."

"We love to come away for a week in May after a long cold winter and this holiday has been perfect. The villa and outdoor area are superb. The pool was heated which meant we could swim whenever we wanted, ideal for my 10 year old!! The villa was clean and had everything we could want. The clubhouse was lovely for an evening meal or morning coffee. It's a great base to explore the area. Highly recommend."

"The villa is very comfortable and has all the home comforts needed for an enjoyable stay. The communication with Neil and Della was quick and easy. The clubhouse on site was very good and the shop was useful. Great outlook from the villa to the golf course. Easy access to Balsicas to catch trains to Murcia or Cartagena if you didn’t want to drive and some great promenades in easy reach for walks and cafe stops. Excellent!"

"One of the best villa's we stayed in, the accommodation was spacious, well furnished and had a lot of kitchen items you usually don't find. The outside space was very well thought through, especially the shaded areas to move the sun loungers when it became too hot. Would have loved to have stayed longer. The local spar was fine for most of our needs, there is one local restaurant which was ok, but more further afield in the next door golf resort (Atalona) and in Murcia (15 mins drive...

"We had a great holiday at this villa. Russell’s communication prior to arrival was excellent and Maria was very helpful once we’d arrived. The villa itself was excellent. Perfectly clean when we arrived and it had everything we needed. Very good sized bedrooms, modern bathrooms, big lounge, great kitchen & dining room with everything in there you would need and a perfect outside area for our family. "

"This is the second time we have stayed in Guys apartment and we weren’t disappointed. Communication was great, beautiful apartment with private rear terrace and smaller front balcony to watch the sunset. Very well equipped and having the spar supermarket onsite is an added bonus. We will definitely be back."

"We wanted a cheap week and we got it, good place to stay clean and tidy. Complaints are, cheap shouldn’t mean broken sun loungers and dirty. Shower heads need replacing, bath one broken!! Well decorated and clean "
