"This was my second stay at this hotel. Both times have been consistently great. Very clean, helpful hotel staff (high level of English in case you do not speak French), nicely appointed rooms. Great location. As a bonus I was able to get into room early which was so helpful after overnight flight. "

"Lovely hotel in a perfect location for everything. Our room was cleaned daily and although not the biggest we have stayed in was fine, only downside would be no air conditioning but a powerful fan was supplied. Staff were helpful and friendly. "

"This place is a perfect base to explore Reims . We parked in the car park upstairs , outside for free ( there is underground parking on site too ) The room was nice , overlooking the river .. from the hotel it’s walkable to the Cathedral quarter ( 10/12mins stroll ) and there’s a wealth of restaurant choices and bars there . This seemed a very walkable and safe city and the Mercure is a nice easy , cost effective hotel to use as a base for a visit . "

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Reims. We chose this hotel for close proximity to the train station, which is directly across the street. Complimentary breakfast was offered and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room was clean and nicely presented. We will recommend this hotel to friends and clients and will return for another stay. "

"I really appreciate it the spacious rooms and the central location. Unfortunately we found a large piece of glass under the bed which means the cleaning crew did not do a thorough job. If anyone had accidentally stepped on it, it would most likely have ended up in a trip to the hospital to get stitches. I showed it to the staff at the front desk and all I got was an “oh, I am sorry “. "
