No a/c, tiny ants in room, folks upstairs have heavy feet especially between 7AM-11:00AM, broken towel bar in bathroom, the shampoo/body wash seemed to be the same as the hand soap, and thw room was extremely musty smelling with a low floor fan that only circulated the lovely scent in a closed off room. "Great location for being near - but not in - Sete Cidades. Quick drives up and down the coast to different beaches, and ~15 into the town of Sete Cidades. We had a small issue when we checked in and the manager (Lucy) was so quick to respond and take care of it. Stayed 4 nights and only wish we had more time. "
