"We had a great stay, the hotel staff were super friendly, check in was quick and easy. The hotel is lovely, very comfortable and the decor was amazing. We were given a surprise upgrade for our anniversary and the deluxe room was lovely."

"Property was very clean and tidy. The only issue we had was reception wasn’t “obvious”. It looked like students sat at a table, there was no signage stating it was reception or check in so we stood there for a while. Finally worked it out, got checked in. Member of staff wasn’t very helpful with regards to the lift etc. other than that it was good and the breakfast was beautiful"
