"Overall this is a great hotel in a convenient location. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice but the bed was a bit firm for my taste. My biggest complaint is that the room had a strong “perfume” smell probably from some cleaning product and it triggered some allergies for members of my family."

"We ended up getting upgraded to the Sheraton which was great and then we ended up getting upgraded to a suite because they accidentally gave us the wrong room, so we were very happy with the service! Staff was very kind and the hotel is huge, with 2 indoor pools and one outdoor pool which we used and enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!"
