Room had nice bed linens, comfortable beds, etc. However, the bath linens could have been better. 3 large bath towels were thin, worn with holes & no longer soft. "Was quiet the restaurant for breakfast has a great buffet and very nice staff found a cockroach climbing our wall even took a photo of it reported it to room service and front desk they took my cell number I guess manager wasn’t there but never received call I didn’t expect a free bed but would have been nice to something like a free 9.99 breakfast buffet or something then they never made our room up the next day no new linens towels coffee products so staff nice location great quiet gated...

"The staff was very polite and always helpful. Lobby was clean and welcoming and Valet was quick to retrieve our vehicle. Only a few things to note. The hallways were so hot that it was uncomfortable. The towels in the room, were quit stiff and starchy. Not soft and supple like you expect from a towel. The ice machine on our floor did not work, but all others I found worked just fine. I would stay here again. "
